1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and Mega55 ("Company", "we", "platform"). These Terms govern your use of the Mega55 website at mega55.run, including all services, games, and features available through the platform.

By completing the registration process, making your first deposit, or using any mega55 service, you automatically confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use Mega55 services, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Is a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident physically present in Malaysia at the time of using the platform.
• Has full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Is not an employee, agent, or immediate family member of a Mega55 employee or affiliated company.
• Has never been declared bankrupt or is currently subject to bankruptcy proceedings.
• Not listed on any self-exclusion register or exclusion list enforced by any regulatory body.

3 Registration & Account Management

3.1 Registration Process

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) mega55 account only. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Account Information

You are solely responsible for:

• Providing registration information that is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Keeping your account password and login details confidential.
• Notify Mega55 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Keeping your personal information up to date at all times.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Mega55 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your national ID (MyKad), bank statement, or other relevant documents. Failure to submit the requested documents within 7 working days may result in account suspension or closure.

4 Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Mega55 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available in Malaysia:

All transactions on Mega55 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) only. No currency conversion fees apply. Deposits in foreign currencies are not accepted.

4.3 Source of Funds

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds used are your own and have been obtained through legitimate sources in accordance with Malaysian law. Mega55 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds if there is reasonable suspicion of money laundering activity.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Procedure

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise authorised in writing by Mega55. This is for security and fraud prevention purposes.

5.2 Limits & Processing Times

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: RM 100,000 per day for regular members; RM 500,000 per day for VIP members.
• Processing time: 30 minutes to 24 hours, depending on membership status and time of request.
• Withdrawals requiring additional review may take up to 3 business days.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before the first withdrawal is permitted, members must complete the full identity verification (KYC) process. Withdrawals involving bonuses are also subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant bonus terms.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses offered by mega55 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and special promotions — are subject to the specific terms of each bonus. The following conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Only one (1) active bonus is permitted at any time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash — the wagering requirement must be met first.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus value, depending on the promotion type.
• Bonus validity is typically 7 days from the date the bonus is credited, unless otherwise stated.
• Mega55 reserves the right to void bonuses where there is evidence of misuse or fraud.

6.2 Bonus Abuse Prohibition

The following activities are considered bonus abuse and may result in account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Using betting strategies designed to withdraw bonus funds without genuine risk (bonus abusing / arbitrage).
• Sharing payment methods with other members to obtain additional bonuses.

7 Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Types

Mega55 offers a wide range of betting markets for sporting events, including the Malaysia Super League, EPL, BWF World Tour badminton, and various other local and international sports. Bets can be placed before the match (pre-match) or during play (in-play / live betting).

7.2 Bet Confirmation

A bet is considered valid upon receiving confirmation from the mega55 system. The odds displayed at the time the bet is placed are the odds used to calculate winnings, unless a technical error or significant mispricing occurs (palpable error).

7.3 Bet Cancellation & Amendment

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the member.
• Mega55 reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error, significantly mispriced odds, or exceptional circumstances affecting the outcome of a match.
• If a match is cancelled, all bets will be refunded to the account balance.
• For matches that are interrupted and not resumed within 24 hours, bets will be voided unless otherwise stated.

7.4 In-Play Betting

In-play bets are processed based on match conditions at the time the system receives confirmation. mega55 is not liable for any processing delays caused by internet connectivity issues or technical problems on the member's end.

8 Casino Games & Live Casino

All casino games at mega55 — including roulette, slots, poker, and Live Casino with live dealers — are operated using audited technology to ensure fairness and genuinely random outcomes.

8.1 Table Limit Restrictions

Each casino game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface. These limits may vary between standard games and VIP tables.

8.2 Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption during an active casino game, Mega55 will take the following steps:

• If the outcome of the match/round can be determined, winnings will be credited in accordance with that result.
• If the outcome cannot be determined, the bet will be refunded to the member's account balance.
• Mega55's decision in such matters is final.

8.3 Live Dealer

Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios. Results given by the dealer are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a verifiable technical error, confirmed through video recording.

9 Prohibited Member Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Mega55 platform and may result in immediate action, including account closure and legal proceedings:

• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or use of unauthorised third-party software.
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or the use of funds from illegal sources.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or technical methods to exploit the system.
• Disrupting, attacking, or attempting to compromise the security of the Mega55 platform.
• Misusing the bonus programme as outlined in Section 6.
• Using offensive, inflammatory, or abusive language toward other users on any Mega55 communication channel.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Voluntary Closure

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the Mega55 support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the prevailing withdrawal policy.

10.2 Closure by Mega55

Mega55 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if:

• There has been a breach of any part of these Terms.
• The member is unable to verify their identity or source of funds when requested.
• There is suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Member found to have multiple accounts.
• Mega55 has been directed by the relevant authority to close the account in question.

10.3 Consequences of Closure

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, Mega55 reserves the right to forfeit any outstanding balances, bonuses, or unclaimed winnings. Members whose accounts are closed for security reasons are not permitted to open a new account without prior written authorisation from Mega55.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

Mega55 takes our responsibility to protect your personal data seriously. All information collected during registration and platform use is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in our mega55 Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, update, and request deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

12 Liability Limit

Mega55 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Damage caused by factors beyond Mega55's control, including internet disruptions, power outages, or natural disasters.
• In-game losses — mega55 does not guarantee winnings in any game or bet.
• Decisions made by members based on information from third parties unaffiliated with Mega55.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

Mega55's total liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

13 Responsible Gaming

Mega55 believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not a burden. We provide a range of tools to help members stay in control of their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Bet Limit: Set a maximum bet limit per gaming session.
